This plastic parts is made by cnc machining process.
1. The machining processes:
order confirmation - programming - cnc machining - surface treatment - QC - packing and shipping
2. Except the metal parts cnc machining, we are also available for:
2.1. Plastic 3d printing services
2.2 Plastic cnc machining (which is in higher tolerance and quality);
2.3. Plastic Vacuum Casting (which is cheap for small batches 20- 500pcs);
2.4. Plastic Injection Molding (which always choose for mass production more than 1000pcs).
3. The payment term:
Full payment below 1000USD;
30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
Pay by T/T and PayPal.
4. The lead time:
5-7 working days for prototype (within 10pcs);
8-16 working days for batches (20 - 100pcs);
25+ working days for mass production (bigger than 1000pcs)
